	Return Policy If you are dissatisfied with your order from the Wholesale Fireplace Glass company for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for returned items are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date and will be credited back the full product cost. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on any future purchase. No Exceptions. The original shipping and/or handling charges are not refundable. No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted after 60 days of original purchase date. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Return items must be new and unused in the original packaging - Items that appear to have been used in any way will be refused and the customer shall be responsible for any cost of shipping the item back. Wholesale Fireplace Glass that has been mixed by the customer is not eligible for return. Special Order Items are non returnable.
